• San Carlos Charter Learning Center - The granting of the San Carlos Community Charter is a gift the community has chosen to give to itself. Its implementation will create a new learning system that provides an opportunity to innovate and explore, to be at the cutting edge of educational reform, and to lead our schools and our community into the 21st century. Volunteers - parents, teachers, administrators, business leaders, representatives of public agencies and city government, and learners - are working to establish both the tangibles and the spirit of this new approach to learning.
