WWW-SCRIPTS is a mailing list geared towards the discussion of various CGI/Perl scripts around the internet. Many of the questions focus on finding more resources, how to do a specific task in CGI or how to set up certain scripts. This discussion is not limited to topics of Matt's Script Archive only. The traffic to this list is high, sometimes 50 messages a day, which is why there is also a digest version which is sent out every day or two. If you would like to see examples of the topics covered in this group, you can also look in the www-scripts web archives, created using hypermail.

WWW-SCRIPTS-DIGEST MAILING LIST
WWW-SCRIPTS-DIGEST contains the exact same articles as can be found in WWW-SCRIPTS. The only difference is that instead of receiving 30 - 60 messages per day, you will receive them all listed in one message every day or two. This often saves a lot of time for those who feel too bogged down in their e-mail.

The NEW-SCRIPTS mailing list has a MUCH lower traffic count in terms of e-mail messages per day than that of www-scripts. new-scripts is only posted to by myself, and is used for the sole purpose of announcing any new scripts or releases I put up at my web site. Traffic is usually less than one message per week, although this list is extremely useful for keeping up with new versions, bug fixes, etc...

For those of us who simply can't fit www-scripts into our life because of the tons of e-mail we receive daily, you can still get it on the web! The www-scripts archive can be found at:
You will find the current month at the above location, however back messages are available! Archives of Scripts-Help, the Matt's Script Archive Help Line List Serv are also available!
