Usage Guidelines for Internet 101

Many of you have written, asking to link to the Internet 101 site, or print out copies of various tutorials for use in workshops or classes. Here are the official guidelines:

1. If you wish to place a link to the Internet 101 site from your own, you may, provided that:

If you wish to add an Internet 101 link from your site, or use our logo as a link, please verify your intentions to cmg@geocities.com. Special cases not listed above should also be sent to this email address.

2. You may also print out copies of the site for educational/non-profit or personal use only. Contact cmg@geocities.com if you want to print out portions of the site for profit-making purposes.

3. All workshop material and the Internet 101 logo are copyrighted. You may not copy the material to another web site for profit nor charge others outside your own organization to access the original or customized material.

If you would like a copy of all of the Internet 101 materials (all HTML, GIF, and JPEG files), you may order it here. You will be allowed to customize the 101 materials to your particular organization. You will need 1.6 MB free hard disk space. The files have been compressed to 1.3 MB for downloading.

However, you may not resell the Internet 101 materials in any form, nor charge others to access the original or customized material.
