The contents in detail:

The Netscape tutorial (version 3.0) is a complete package deal -- web browser (which allows FTP), email program, and newsgroup reader.

Netscape Communicator 4.0 tutorial, hot off the presses (so to speak). Just the very basics for now. Let us know what you think!

Microsoft Internet Explorer is a web browser gaining in popularity. This tutorial (version 3.0) shows you basic configuration and commands.
Eudora Light is a popular email program. Learn how to configure, send and receive email. Also good for Eudora Pro users. (Now updated -- choose version 1.5.4 or 3.0) One of our most popular tutorials.
Learn all about FTP in these three tutorials: WS_FTP for Windows, Fetch for the Mac, and command line for DOS.
WinZip is a Windows program that allows you to compress a group of files in order to save space. Alternatively, you can uncompress files -- and if you download programs from the World Wide Web with a .zip extension, you'll want to use this program.
